SC Solutions is a small, deliberately structured consultancy based in Switzerland. We specialise in AI systems engineering, agentic architecture, and the kind of projects that require discretion, depth, and direct access to the people doing the work.
We do not scale by adding headcount. We scale by choosing the right engagements and applying concentrated expertise. Every project is led by a principal — there is no bench, no rotation, no junior team running the implementation.
